Homes Sales Climb 2% in October

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) by Aaron Smith–The pace of sales for previously owned homes rose in October, despite the devastation of Superstorm Sandy, in the latest sign of improvement for the long-battered housing market. Existing home sales rose to an annual rate of 4.79 million, seasonally adjusted, the National Association of Realtors reported. Read Full Article

Annual Easter egg hunt offers fun for the entire family at Commons Beach. Egg hunt for kids, Golden Egg hunt for parents, pictures with the Easter Bunny, face painting, games and more. Bring your camera. 10 a.m. Rain or shine.

Incline Village

Eggstravaganze! Community egg hunt on Incline Beach from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. for ages infant to 11 years old. Have your picture taken with the Easter Bunny.


Community Easter Egg Hunt. Regional Park. 11:30 am. Free. Bring your own basket. Face painting and other activities.


Carnelian Bay

Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt~Brunch served at Gar Woods from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Egg hunt begins at 11 a.m.
