Fly Nonstop to Squaw Valley | Alpine Meadows; JetBlue Announces New Flight from New York to Reno-Tahoe

[Reno, Nev.] January 13, 2015 – JetBlue Airways (NASDAQ: JBLU), New York’s Hometown Airline™, today announces it will be the only airline to offer nonstop service between Nevada’s Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and the U.S. East Coast as it launches service from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) on May 28, 2015. Reno-Tahoe will be the airline’s 89th destination and is among a number of new JetBlue routes in the West.
To celebrate the new route, JetBlue is offering an introductory fare of only $89 one way (a) between May 28 and June 17, 2015. All introductory fare tickets must be purchased by January 14, 2015.

JetBlue Customers Receive Exclusive Access to Tahoe Powder Pack In celebration of this new flight Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows and Sugar Bowl Resort will give JetBlue customers flying nonstop from New York to Reno-Tahoe access to the 2015-16 Tahoe Powder Pack. The Tahoe Powder Pack gives skiers and riders six lift tickets valid at Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows and Sugar Bowl Resort, with no blackout dates. For just $399, guests will be able to ski any six days, including weekends and holidays, in any combination they want, at Tahoe’s three best mountains.
