The lakefront market, North and West Shores, as of 10/11/2016 had one less sale (18) than in 2015 same period, but dollar volume at $98,535,000 was up from $89,436,774. However, that doesn’t count one sale in 2016 at $15,774,000 and another at $6 million that did not go through the MLS. To date, there have been three sales, including the one off-market, above last year’s high of $8,850,000.
